Over the past few weeks, Avery has joined the High School Musical bandwagon and is now obsessed. Tonight she was watching High School Musical 2 and began crying and sobbing hysterically during "Gotta Go My Own Way." She was inconsolable. I went and pulled her on my lap to try to figure out what was wrong. She told me she was so sad because Gabriella was leaving and she wanted her to come back. Hmmm. She has seen this movie like five times now. She knows Gabriella comes back like 15 minutes later in the show, yet she continued to cry until we got to that part of the movie. This is extreme emotional involvement....yikes.

I cannot tell you how awesome I think Avery is. I probably should have had a kid before you so that I could love it more than your child...but at this point I think the likelihood is small.
Oh, High School Musical has cocaine in it. Cocaine for kids.
