One thing I hate about Utah is that we are land-locked with the closest beach probably like 12 hours away. Our kids (and I of course) have been dying to go to the beach. Last Thursday we drove up to Pineview with neighborhood friends for a little "beach" time. It was beautiful and I kept almost forgetting that we were at a lake instead of at the real beach. The kids had so much fun and played all day!
