The Wasatch Back is the best race! Derek did it two years ago and he and I did it together this past summer. It's a great experience. The running is tough, but the whole experience is the best. Derek and I both agree that the Ragnar races (the Wasatch Back is the Utah one) are our favorite races. Go Mikey!!!
Yay, how fun! I totally wanted to do this race... but I don't even dare commit when prego because I don't think I would even want to run when I start to really show. I have heard so many people talk about it. That will be awesome! Way to go Mikey!
Wow. Mr. Football Center doesn't go small when he decides to do something. Good for him. I'm sure the triathlon was good practice many moons ago :)
Um, I'm all for losing weight and being healthy, but don't lose too much. I don't want to be the fat brother.
I hope Smitty is running on all those hotel treadmills as he travels across the country.
