7:30 am - (whispering) "Mom, wake up. Did you forget that today is crazy hair day?"
I had to think fast - Avery isn't blessed with a mom that can do hair very well. Although she did miss the bus, she was pleased with the outcome. Happy Avery = Happy Mommy.

This reminds me of the time I was Medusa for Halloween and know body knew who I was and I was so embarrassed.
