Aidan's School Celebration

Aidan's school ended the year with a big celebration. First, the kids acted out plays they had helped write, create the scenery, and make the costumes. Aidan was a pteranodon with a sweet costume.

After the plays, the classroom was transformed into an art gallery filled with the kids' artwork. We had a lovely gallery stroll accompanied by refreshments. It was one of the coolest school events I have attended yet. What a great way to end a great school year for Aidan.

Afterwards, a bunch of the kids headed over to the Union to continue the party with bowling. We were very grateful for the bowling contraption pictured above. Someone brought it over to us when we were about three frames into the game - it helped to speed up the longest game of bowling EVER. 2 hours for 6 kids to bowl ONE game...good thing they were all having a great time!
